How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days if they are in stock. From the shipping date, you can expect your order within 7-12 business days if items are in stock. For all products which are made to order please visit the product page for more information.

What if I don't like the product?

If you're not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, and we'll promptly refund your money. Please review our return and refund policies first. Please be aware that all our made-to-order items are non-returnable as they are made exclusively for you.

Does Akash Essence cover any customs fees?

Unfortunately, we're unable to cover any potential customs costs for our customers. However, we offer a 50% reduction on shipment in Europe, and our Akash Foundation members get special rates on shipment.
