Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We hope you love your purchase from Akash Essense. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Made-to-order items, being customized, are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@akashessense.com. Once your return is approved, you can send the items back to us at the following address:

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return label.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right by either replacing the item or offering a refund.

Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, custom products, such as special orders, personalized items, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that made-to-order or customized orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of the order being completed.

  • Refunds may be reduced or denied if the product is used, damaged, or mishandled, or if the return conditions are not met.
  • Please email us first before sending any returns to ensure the return process is smooth and your request is handled properly.
